The most amazing thing during my treatment was that she simply asked some questions and observed me then taught me some exercise and techniques to recover After 3-4 sessions of treatment, I started to feel better and alive. In simple words, I start to love myself first. Now I don't feel so lazy like before, I feel more energetic and relaxed.
